Sustainable Coastal Communities Initiative

UD, Institute for Public Administration's Water Resources Agency created a natural, cultural and economic map atlas for Sussex County on a watershed basis. The purpose of the atlas is to serve as a resource for municipal officials, local homeowner associations, grass-roots tributary action teams and non-profit groups interested in the protection of waters and watersheds in the county. The site expands the capacity of the current Delaware NEMO (Non-point Education for Municipal Officials) site to address conservation issues.
